“དེ་རིང་ངའི་སྐྱེས་སྐར་ལ་རྒྱལ་ཕྱི་ནང་གི་ཚོགས་སྡེ་འདྲ་མིན། སྤྱི་སྒེར་སེར་སྐྱ་རྒན་དར་གཞོན་གསུམ་གྱིས་འཚམས་འདྲི་གནང་བར་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན། འོན་ཀྱང་ངའི་སྐྱེ་སྐར་ལས་གལ་ཆེ་བ་ནི། བདག་ཅག་གི་སྟོན་པས། ཡུལ་ཝ་ར་ན་སིར་བཀའ་དང་པོ་བདེན་པ་བཞི་ཡི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བའི་དུས་ཆེན་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ཡིན་པས། ང་ཚོས་བདག་ཅག་གི་སྟོན་པའི་བཀའ་དྲིན་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་དགོས་པ་དང་། གང་གིས་གསུངས་པའི་བདེན་བཞི་བདེན་གཉིས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གཞག་ལ་སློབ་སྦྱོང་བྱ་རྒྱུ་དེ་བས་གལ་ཆེ་བ་ཡིན།” ཞེས་གསུངས།
“I would like to say thank you to all my dear friends, both inside our community and from communities around the world, for your warm wishes on my birthday. Today also commemorates the occasion of the Buddha Shakyamuni‘s first turning of the Wheel of Dharma at the Deer Park in Sarnath. We should take this day to remember the Buddha’s kindness and reflect upon the supreme teaching of the Four Noble Truths.”
