🌈一次機場迎接，一場心靈相遇
一一孩子眼中的慈悲

昨晚懷著無比歡喜的心去機場迎接上師，一路開車前行，內心充滿著期待與喜悅，彷彿是去迎接一位久別重逢的親人，那份溫暖、親切與感動，讓心裡一直暖暖的，也生起了一份難以言喻的歡喜與殊勝。

到了機場，看見師兄們都滿懷歡喜地前來迎接上師。大家共同發心、共同等待，那份真誠與喜悅深深感染著我們彼此。

出發前，女兒好奇地問我：“Mom, who are we going to pick up?” 我笑著告訴她：“We’re going to pick up the Rinpoche you saw in my online class，the one who is always very smiley.”

「Very smiley」是女兒自己的表達。她一直記得，我上課時在螢幕裡看到的上師，總是帶著如孩子般純真的笑容，那笑容中充滿著溫暖、慈悲與歡喜，讓人感到無比親切。

所以，當我提起“very smiley”時，她立刻就知道我們要去接誰，開心地說：“Oh, I know who it is!”

到了機場後，她一路期待不停地問: “上師什麼時候到？怎麼還沒到? ” 雖然等待的時間比預期長了一些，她也有些漸漸疲憊，甚至還鬧起了小情緒，但見到上師的那一刻，她臉上立刻綻放出燦爛的笑容。

送完上師後，當我們回到自己的車旁時，女兒忽然跟我分享了她當時的感受, 我立刻讓她錄了下來：

“Mum, when I was coming out of the airport, I felt like there was love all around me. I felt compassion—compassion for everyone. Even the bad guys, I felt that they have love in their hearts too.

I felt that I should spread love all around and help make everyone happy and equal.
When I stepped out of the airport, there were lights everywhere. It felt like the lights were filling up my heart. They were so pretty, and they made me realize that love could be everywhere.”

聽著女兒分享這段感受，我的內心充滿了歡喜與感動。這份純真與慈愛，並非刻意教導出來，而是她內心最真實、最自然的流露。一個孩子能夠自然而然地對所有人生起慈愛，堅信每個人心中都藏著愛，即使是她眼中的“壞人”，也依然擁有愛的種子；她還希望把這份愛分享給每一個人。我想，這正是上師慈悲加持的力量。就在不知不覺中，上師的慈悲滋潤著孩子清淨純真的心，讓她親身感受到愛與慈悲無所不在，也讓這份善良與光明在她心中悄悄生長。

今天的迎接，不只是一次接機，更是一場心靈的相遇，一場慈悲與愛的傳遞。上師沒有說很多話，卻以慈悲默默攝受每一位有緣眾生。孩子那份最純淨、最自然的感受，也讓我更相信，真正的慈悲不需要太多言語，它會在人們的心中自然流露……❤️

🌈An Airport Greeting, A Spiritual Encounter
—Compassion Through a Child’s Eyes

Last night, I went to the airport to greet my Guru with immense joy. Driving along the way, my heart was filled with anticipation and joy, as if I were welcoming a long-lost relative. That warmth, kindness, and emotion kept my heart warm, and gave rise to an indescribable joy and a sense of auspiciousness.

At the airport, I saw my fellow practitioners all joyfully welcoming my Guru. We shared the same aspiration and waited together; that sincerity and joy deeply touched us all.

Before leaving, my daughter asked me curiously, “Mom, who are we going to pick up?” I smiled and told her, “We’re going to pick up the Rinpoche you saw in my online class, the one who is always very smiley.”

“Very smiley” was my daughter’s own way of saying it. She vividly remembered the teacher I saw on the screen during class, always with a childlike, innocent smile—a smile filled with warmth, compassion, and joy that made her feel incredibly close to him.

So, when I mentioned “very smiley,” she immediately knew who we were going to pick up and happily exclaimed, “Oh, I know who it is!”

At the airport, she eagerly asked, “When will the teacher arrive? Why isn’t he here yet?” Although the wait was longer than expected, and she grew a little tired and even became somewhat irritable, the moment she saw the teacher, a radiant smile immediately bloomed on her face.

After seeing the Guru off, as we returned to our car, my daughter suddenly shared her feelings with me, and I immediately had her record it:

“Mum, when I was coming out of the airport, I felt like there was love all around me. I felt compassion—compassion for everyone. Even the ‘bad guys,’ I felt that they have love in their hearts too.
I felt that I should spread love all around and help make everyone happy and equal.
When I stepped out of the airport, there were lights everywhere. It felt like the lights were filling up my heart. They were so pretty, and they made me realize that love could be everywhere.”

Listening to my daughter share these feelings, my heart was filled with joy and emotion. This purity and compassion wasn’t something deliberately taught, but rather the most genuine and natural expression of her heart. A child can naturally feel compassion for everyone, firmly believing that everyone has love in their heart, even those she sees as “bad guys,” who still possess the seeds of love; and she wants to share this love with everyone. I think this is precisely the power of the Guru’s compassionate blessing. Unbeknownst to her, the Guru’s compassion nourished the child’s pure and innocent heart, allowing her to personally experience the omnipresence of love and compassion, and letting this kindness and light quietly grow within her.

Today’s welcome was not merely a pick-up, but a meeting of hearts, a transmission of compassion and love. The Guru didn’t say many words, yet silently embraced every sentient being with whom he had a karmic connection through compassion. The child’s purest and most natural feelings made me even more convinced that true compassion doesn’t need many words; it flows naturally from people’s hearts…❤️
